Are the liberals in DC laying ground work for a palace coup?

Seems that Sally Quinn of the Washington post thinks the Obama team needs position change. I have no objection to Secretary Clinton Switching place with VP Joe Biden. In fact although I do not offer share her views on many issues. I think she would make an excellent President. (Remember I am speaking of qualifications not making any kind of policy endorsement.) Perhaps I am being a conspiracy theorist and time will tell if I am correct or not. It just seems to me there is an under current from some on the left of rising disappointment with President Obama.

While Ms Quinn gives many valid reasons for the swap, one might ask is there a deeper reason? Is this the way some on the left hope to further there agenda? Picture it. It is late 2011 or early 2012. The President is falling in the polls, what are the Democrats to do? Could or would President Obama make the same call LBJ did in 1968?

Opening the door for Hillary Rodham Clinton, the then VP to step in and run as did Hubert Humphrey? Granted, Humphrey lost a three way race. I think Ms Clinton's chances would be better.

Mr President be careful who you trust.
